At Everly East Academy, our values, vision, ethos and aims guide everything we do. As a specialist alternative provision supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, we believe education must be relational, purposeful and personalised. Our approach ensures that every young person is known, valued and supported to succeed. Through strong relationships, high expectations and bespoke education, we aim to remove barriers to learning and empower pupils to develop confidence, resilience and aspiration for the future.

Our School

Our school environment at Everly East Academy is intentionally calm, natural, and thoughtfully designed to support both wellbeing and learning. Surrounded by lakes, canal paths, and trees, and set away from busy roads, the setting offers a peaceful backdrop that immediately reduces noise and overstimulation. Inside, classrooms are uncluttered and neutral in tone, using natural materials and soft lighting to create a grounded, therapeutic feel. Dedicated sensory and wellbeing spaces provide quiet areas for regulation and reflection, ensuring pupils always have access to environments that help them feel safe, settled, and ready to engage.

Believing in themselves again

More than grades or attendance, the most profound change we hope for is that young people leave Everly Academy believing in themselves again. Many arrive feeling labelled, anxious, or disconnected from their education. Our most meaningful outcome is for them to leave with a renewed sense of self-worth, improved emotional regulation, and confidence in their ability to grow. Who we support

Everly Academy is uniquely positioned to support young people who have struggled to thrive in mainstream school environments. Often, these bright and capable individuals haven't had the right setting for their needs, leading to anxiety or disruption. We excel with pupils who benefit from calmer, more regulated spaces, smaller settings offering greater relational support, and flexibility in how learning is delivered.
